Love the design of the home. I just found it funny when he said "beautiful view" and it panned to super bleak buildings and brown water lol. I guess the weather wasn't cooperating that day.

Except for the master bathroom, which is too open for my taste, but overall, this is my kind of interior.. very sleek & contemporary but still feels warm. I love the color scheme. And it looks lived in. I don't like houses/interiors that look design magazine-perfect.. this one is done just right..

I don't think the homeowner understands that her interior decorator did NOT "make" any of that furniture. LOL!! She kept saying, "Felix made beautiful furniture for me/us." All I saw was a rich person's home. I do however want to know more about that cat! Was that a Persian cat?
